Where do you start, and what does an automation audit look like?
We start by mapping every manual step your team takes across sales, accounting, and marketing. We look for repetition, handoffs, and anywhere a person is acting as a relay between systems. That map becomes the blueprint for your build. Nothing is assumed: if it is not in the map, it does not get built.
Do we need our processes well documented first?
No. Most businesses we work with have processes that live in people’s heads or are scattered across emails and spreadsheets. That is exactly what we expect. Part of Phase 1 is doing that documentation with you: we interview your team, observe the workflows, and write it down before anything gets built.
What is the risk of automating something incorrectly?
A misconfigured automation is worse than a manual process, because it scales the error. That is why we build minimal-first: we start with the simplest version of each automation, run it alongside your existing process, validate the output, and only cut over once it is confirmed correct. Complexity comes after confidence.
How much of our data needs to be in Odoo for automations to work?
