Terms of Service

We want to ensure that you have the best experience collaborating with Sprint19. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are taking an important step towards enjoying all the benefits of turning your vision into reality.

Relationship: We will provide services for you and charge fees based on the hourly rate of our team members. Late payments will incur a 5% interest charge per month. Please note that all estimates provided so far are based on initial assessments and are subject to change as the project progresses and new details emerge. This may include additional stories or changes to product implementation.

Clients: When you work with us, you agree to use the team members only as makers for Sprint19 and not in any other capacity without Sprint19's permission.

Confidentiality: We agree to keep your confidential and proprietary information strictly confidential. However, it's important to note that the following material or information is not considered Confidential Information: (a) anything that is already widely known by third parties, and this is not due to any act or omission by you or Sprint19; (b) anything that was lawfully received from a third party who had the right to disseminate the information, subsequent to disclosure hereunder; (c) anything that Sprint19 already knew prior to receiving it from you and that was not received from a third party in breach of their obligation of confidentiality; (d) anything that was developed by Sprint19 without using any Confidential Information.

Property rights: All work, services, and materials created or performed by Sprint19 during the period when we work for you are your or your company's property unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to showcase the work done for clients in a limited manner, as part of our marketing efforts to attract potential future clients.

Limitation of Liability: We and our team members shall not be held liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of goodwill, as stated in this agreement. It is important to note that any estimates of time needed to complete work provided by Sprint19 are to be treated as estimates only, and we are confident in our ability to deliver high-quality results within a reasonable time frame.
