2.2 Payment & Late Fee Policy
Payment Terms: Net 30 calendar days from invoice date
Late Payment: 5% monthly interest charge on overdue amounts
Project Changes: Scope modifications require written approval and may adjust timeline and investment
Currency: All fees quoted and payable in USD unless otherwise specified
